1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to GameLemo (https://gamelemo.com/), an H5 game collection platform independently created and operated by the GameLemo Development Team (hereinafter referred to as 'we', 'GameLemo Team'). When you access, browse, or use our website, games, and related services (collectively referred to as 'Services'), you ('User', 'you') agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'), our Privacy Policy, and the Google advertising compliance provisions in these Terms. If you do not agree to all the contents of these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Use License
The GameLemo Team grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 3. User Conduct Guidelines
To ensure a fair and safe gaming environment for all users and protect the GameLemo Team's efforts in platform development and maintenance, you agree not to engage in the following: • Damage, disrupt, overload, or impair our website servers, networks, or technical systems, including but not limited to launching malicious attacks, spreading malware, or exploiting system vulnerabilities; • Use automated scripts, bots, plugins, or other cheating tools to manipulate game results, boost scores, or gain unfair advantages; • Extract, scrape, or collect platform data, game content, or user information through unauthorized automated systems or software; • Upload or transmit any illegal, pornographic, violent, defamatory, or infringing content through our Services; • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the GameLemo Team or third parties; • Engage in malicious clicking, fraudulent clicking, or other activities that interfere with the normal display and statistics of Google ads on the platform.
4. Google Advertising Compliance
To ensure user experience and comply with Google advertising policy requirements, Google advertising services displayed on our platform will strictly follow these provisions: 【4.1 Advertising Standards】We only display ads through Google-authorized advertising services, and all ad content is reviewed according to Google advertising policies. Ad placements strictly follow Google's requirements for game page ad layouts, ensuring ad units maintain at least 150 pixels distance from game areas. 【4.2 Data Collection Compliance】To enable personalized advertising and analytics, we cooperate with Google advertising services to collect necessary user behavior information in accordance with their privacy policy and applicable laws, but do not collect sensitive personal information. 5. Disclaimer
Our Services (including all games developed or curated by the GameLemo Team) are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We strive to ensure smooth operation, accuracy, and reliability of our Services, but make no express or implied warranties. The GameLemo Team regularly updates games, optimizes features, and fixes bugs to enhance user experience, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, delay-free, or error-free service. You acknowledge and agree to voluntarily assume the risks of using our Services. For any disputes arising from Google ad content, advertisers and Google bear the corresponding responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the GameLemo Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption. The GameLemo Team's total liability for any claims related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of direct losses you actually suffered. This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
7. Changes to Terms
The GameLemo Team reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time to accommodate changes in law, platform upgrades, service adjustments, or Google advertising policy updates. For material revisions, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance by posting announcements in prominent locations on the website or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms; if you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may terminate your use of our Services at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to our Services, including but not limited to game source code, design solutions, interface layouts, brand logos, and content materials, are owned by the GameLemo Team or pre-authorized by legitimate rights holders. The GameLemo Team independently assumes responsibility for the development, operation, and maintenance of the platform and games, and reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms. Intellectual property rights related to Google advertising services belong to Google.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the competent People's Court at the location of the GameLemo Team's operating entity.
